satisfactory stay overall
excellent location helpful staff high standard dusty room loud music rowdy guest
the hotel location WAS excellent. staff members were amazing AND helpful. the room met a high standard. the white linen was crisp, and i found the room very quiet.
i booked a castle view room. the room was slightly dusty unfortunately. other guests were very rowdy each night of my stay.

missing tiles non-functional mist button
The location was acceptable it provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
The spa was a letdown I expected a premium experience. Several areas needed attention such as missing tiles in the pool. The mist button in the salt room was not working it detracted from the overall experience.

rooftop pool well-designed rooms club access
The rooftop hydrotherapy pool was amazing. the spa rooms are well-designed. I felt very relaxed. i especially liked the club room, it felt worth the extra money.
i found one shower had a cold jet out of action.
